Ticket Policies

Address Changes

If there is a change of address, it is the owner's responsibility to notify, in writing, the Boston College Ticket Office. Boston College will not be responsible for mail not received or returned due to an incorrect address.

Payment for Tickets

The Boston College Ticket Office accepts payment through cash, check, money order, and credit card (Master Card and Visa only). Full payment must be received at the time of the order. Any check returned for insufficient funds places the ticket holder in jeopardy of losing their seats. In order to provide the best service possible to all of our customers, deadline dates listed on applications are absolute and final. Customers that miss the deadline dates are subject to loss of seating assignments and tickets. There will be a $25.00 charge for any returned check and your account will be reviewed for a possible loss of an active status for purchasing future tickets.

Season Tickets

In all sports, depending on availability, a season ticket brochure will be designed and sent to all people on the mailing list that is compiled during the year. All season tickets will be mailed within two weeks prior to the start of the season, with the exception of orders placed during the week of the first home game. Any order received after that time will be held at Will Call for pick up.

Single Game Tickets

Individual home game ticket sales will be based on availability after season ticket sales are determined. If determined available, a single game ticket application will first be sent to season ticket holders and then to people on the mailing list. In all cases the ticket priority system will be used to determine both availability and seat location.

Mailing of Tickets

All tickets ordered, unless otherwise requested, will be mailed via first class mail. Season tickets are mailed no later than 2 weeks prior to each game. All orders that are placed within the week of the game will be held at WILL CALL and can be picked up with a photo ID at the Conte Forum Box Office, located at Gate B, starting two hours before game time. Plan on arriving early to avoid delays. The WILL CALL closes at the end of the half for all sports (Hockey - end of second period).
