The Boston College coed sailing team is off to a great start as the Eagles won six of seven races in Day 1 of action in San Francisco, California. The sailing action will resume tomorrow at 9:30 a.m. (PT).

The Boston College women's sailing team finished third at the 2009 National Championships, 18 points behind regatta winners Yale on Wed. afternoon in San Francisco. Despite the finish, freshman Annie Haeger was named a first-team All-American, while seniors Martha Pitt and Leight Kempton earned second team honors. The

The BC women's sailing team sits in third place after day two of racing at the National Championships in San Francisco, Calif. The Eagles lead the B-Division and stand third overall with 88 points, just 15 points behind first place Yale and nine behind Old Dominion.
