Georgetown Results Get Acrobat Reader

WASHTINGTON, D.C. - The Boston College men's tennis team dropped two close matches over the weekend. The Eagles lost 4-3 to St. John's on Saturday and fell 4-3 to Georgetown on Sunday.

Jason Sechrist had an impressive weekend, with singles win in both matches. He defeated St. John's Asaf Honig, 7-6, 2-6, 7-5 and Georgetown's Ken Wong, 6-1, 3-6 and 6-3. Both wins were at the No. 4 position.

Thomas Nolan and Adam Davison teamed up to win two doubles matches. As the No. 3 pair they defeated St. John's Derek Wallensteen and Pavel Cerney, 8-5 and Georgetown's Ted Tywang and Ken Wong, 8-5.

The Eagles travel to Raleigh, N.C. on March 21 to play NC State at 2 p.m.
