Boston College graduate Soma Kesthely has earned 2007 All-ACC Academic Tennis Team honors, according to a league announcement.

To be eligible for consideration, a student-athlete must have earned a 3.00 grade point average for the previous semester and maintained a 3.00 cumulative average during his academic career.

Kesthely finished the season with a record of 33-32, including a mark of 10-11 at the No. 1 singles position.

A native of Budapest, Hungary, Kesthely was a four-year letterman on the Eagles' tennis team. He competed at the No. 1 singles slot in each of his final three seasons.
