As Team Captain and MVP led the Mountain Brook High School team to the state cross country championship title in 2003... A 14-time varsity letterman, he was a member of the 2005 indoor state team champions....and was a two time All Birmingham area selection in cross country...member and historian of Mu Alpha Theta and a Board Member of Key Club
