A four-year player of the Acton-Boxboro Regional High School field hockey team...awarded offensive MVP award sophomore year...captained the team senior year and received the coaches award...named a Dual County League All-Star from 2002- to 2004...participated in the Junior Olympics in 2002-03, Canadian/American Challenge in 2004 and won the Cape Ann Gold Festival in 2005...a three-year letterwinner in track and field and named the Rookie of the Year in 2003...also a member of the National Honor Society and the Best Buddies program.
