SOPHOMORE YEAR (2007-08)
Started and played in all 34 games...set a new BC single-season saves record with 920...compiled a 2.19 goals-against average and a .925 save percentage, which tied for fifth-best in the nation...recorded a season-high 53 saves in the win over St. Lawrence on Jan. 4...recorded 10 games of 30 or more saves, including a string of four in a row...did not allow a shorthanded goal...held the team's 14-13-7 record...registered two shutouts...named TPS Hockey East Player of the Week on Jan. 7 for her 89-save performance in two games against St. Lawrence...earned Pure Hockey Defensive Player of the Week on March 3 for a 74-save performance, a 1.92 GAA and a .949 save percentage in two games against Providence...invited to USA Hockey's Holiday Camp...earned Hockey East All-Star honorable mention...played on the U.S. National team that won the gold medal at the 2008 IIHF World Women's Championship in Harbin, China, in April...named a BC Scholar-Athlete for the second time...earned the Athletics Director's Award for Academic Achievement.
FRESHMAN YEAR (2006-07)
Played in 32 games...finished the season with a league-high .931 save percentage and a school-record 1.90 GAA...made 25 or more saves 16 times and 30 or more saves nine times...stopped 73 shots on Feb. 6 in the Beanpot semifinal against Harvard to break the previous NCAA record of 70 single-game saves and earn the Beanpot's Bertagna Award...made 45 and 47 saves against Dartmouth and Minnesota-Duluth in back-to-back double overtime NCAA Tournament games...recorded five shutouts on the season...appeared in Sports Illustrated's "Faces in the Crowd" on March 5...earned the Hockey East Defensive Player of the Week four times, the Player of the Week twice, and the Rookie of the Week once on Oct. 8...received Hockey East Rookie of the Month in October and February and the Goalie of the Month for November...selected to the Hockey East All-Star Second Team...unanimous selection to the Hockey East All-Rookie team...named to the All-USCHO Rookie Team... earned the Athletics Director's Award for Academic Achievement...BC's Scholar-Athlete Award recipient....named to Hockey East's All-Academic team...recorded 37 saves, a .949 save percentage and a 1.20 GAA in 100 minutes at the 2007 Women's National Festival in Lake Placid, N.Y...one of 22 players named to the 2007 U.S. Women's Under-22 Select Team.
BEFORE BC
Played in goal for Deerfield Academy....named captain in 2006...in 2003-04, recorded a .930 save percentage, 1.50 GAA and seven shutouts...finished 2004-05 with a .950 save percentage, 1.27 GAA and eight shutouts...also played on the 2005-06 Assabet Valley U-19 club team...won five state championships, two third place national finishes and a second place national finish...received two MVP awards at Deerfield, one shared with Eagle Stephanie Olchowski...awarded William Jaffe Cup for sportsmanship and leadership at Deerfield...participated in the USA Hockey Girls' 15/16 National Festival and Girls' 17/18 National Festival from 2002 to 2006...varsity letterwinner in softball (captain), soccer (all-league selection) and cross-country.
