Women's Rowing Ends Fall Season at Foot of the Charles

The Boston College women's rowing team returned to Boston's Charles River on Saturday, April 5, as it faced Northeastern, Dartmouth and Rhode Island.

The Eagles placed fourth in the Varsity 8 and Novice 4 races and finished third in the Novice 8 race.

In the Varsity 8, the Eagles finished fourth with a time of 6 minutes, 58.2 seconds. Northeastern took first place in 6:36.1.

BC placed fourth in the Novice 4 race, as well, coming in with a time of 9:11.3. Dartmouth brought home one of its five first-place finishes at the event, completing the course in 8:22.6.

The Eagles' best finish came in the Novice 8, where they placed third in 7:14.6, besting Northeastern by 4.8 seconds. Dartmouth won the race in 7:01.4.
