No. 7 Women's Soccer Earns 1-0 Win Over Duke

The No. 7 Boston College women's soccer team improved to 6-2-1 in the ACC with a 1-0 win over Duke on Thursday night in front of 443 fans. Amy Caldwell scored the lone goal in the win and goalkeeper Jillian Mastroianni picked up her 10th shutout of the season.

The No. 7 Boston College women's soccer team is currently 13-2-1 overall and holds the second place position in the ACC with a conference record of 5-2-1. Boston College has two regular season games remaining on the schedule and the first will be on Thursday, October 29 when the Eagles host the Duke Blue Devils at the Newton Soccer Field at 7 p.m. It will also be the "Power In Pink" game to raise money for the Massachusetts Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure. Please remember to wear pink to the game.

Boston College freshman Victoria DiMartino scored two first half goals as Boston College rolled past ACC foe Clemson, 5-0, on Sunday afternoon at Historic Riggs Field. The Eagles are now 13-2-1 overall and 5-2-1 in the ACC.
