Women's Soccer Begins Spring Season

Feb. 20, 2008

Boston College women's soccer head coach Alison Kulik announced the 2008 spring soccer schedule.

Boston College opened the spring season with a 1-0 victory over Connecticut on March 29 in Storrs, CT. The game was moved indoors and was not open to fans.

The Eagles next spring competition is the Beanpot at Boston University on April 6 (11 a.m.). Central Massachusetts will have a chance to see the Eagles take the field when BC travels to Lancaster, MA to play in the Toyota Classic on April 13. BC will play St. John's at 11 a.m., followed by a match against Fairfield at 3 p.m. On April 19, Boston College will travel to New Haven to play Yale (1 p.m.).

The final spring game will take place on April 20 as the Eagles will compete against the BC Alumni in a 7-v-7 tournament. The game will kick off at noon.

March 29		BC 1, UConn 0 - at UConn

April 6 Bean Pot at BU, 11 a.m.

April 13 Toyota Classic in Lancaster, MA Vs. St. John's, 11 a.m. Vs. Fairfield, 3 p.m.

April 19 at Yale, 1 p.m.

April 20 BC vs. BC Alumni at Alumni Stadium, 12 p.m.
