Women's Swimming Finishes 11th at ACC Championships

ATLANTA, Ga. - The Boston College women's swimming and diving team finished 11th at the ACC Championships held over the weekend at the Georgia Tech Aquatic Center.

Freshman Devon Kelly finished in 19th place in both the 1-meter and 3-meter diving competitions. In the 1-meter event, Kelly totaled a score of 214.55, while in the 3-meter she finished with 205.25 points.

Senior Mari Wunschel finished in the top-25 in three separate events for the Eagles. Wunschel placed 22nd in the 200 fly (2:06.98) and 400 medley (4:32.68) and 25th in the 200 medley (2:08.20).

Other top-25 finishers included Anna Smith in the 200 fly (2:09.53) and Katie Fritsch in the 200 back (2:06.74).

The Eagles ended their season with a 9-5 overall record, 0-1 in ACC play.
