The Boston College women's swimming and diving team recorded a dual meet victory on Oct. 17 against local rival Northeastern.

The Eagles benefited from strong performances by Caroline Byron and Megan Hennessey, who combined won 45 points for BC.

Byron won three events for BC, edging out teammate Lauren Nightingale in the 50 yard freestyle (24.46), winning the 100 yard freestyle in 53.57, and taking home the 200 yard freestyle as well (1:55.87).

Hennessey won the 100 yard backstroke (59.51) as well as the 200 yard backstroke (2:09:83).

Nightingale (1000 yard freestyle), Devon Kelly (1 meter diving), and Ayden Sarikaya (500 yard freestyle) also recorded first place finishes for the Eagles.
