The women's swimming and diving team took first place in seven individual events and one relay in a team effort that was enough to defeat Brandeis at Linsey Pool last night.

Seven different swimmers took first place for the Eagles including Sara Wahlberg in the 1000 yard freestyle (11:08.58), Kelly Leahey in the 200 yard freestyle (2:00.34), and Katherine Chin in the 20 yard freestyle (25.95).

Bridget O'Brien (one meter diving), Anna Smith (200 yard butterfly), MacKenzie Campbell (100 yard freestyle), and Andrea King (500 yard freestyle) also recoded wins for BC.

BC's 400 yard freestyle relay team of Leahey, Campbell, Chin, and King won with a time of 3:43.73.

The Eagles will travel to Pennsylvania to face Bucknell on Saturday, and Lafayette College on Sunday, both at noon.
